It only took (exactly) nine months: Netta Barzilai, this year’s Eurovision winner, has broke yet another mega Eurovision milestone: The videoclip for her song TOY has gained more than 100 million views on the Eurovision YouTube channel! This is by far the most watched video on the show’s channel.
And if you also consider the number of views the videoclip has received on other YouTube platforms, such as those of the Israeli broadcaster KAN’s channel, TOY has been viewed more than 120 million times.
Back in May, just a couple of weeks after Netta won the show, TOY became the most watched song ever on the Eurovision’s YouTube channel. The song has now easily eclipsed the video in second place, which is Germany’s “Satellite” by Lena. Satellite won the 2010 contest in Oslo and has received close to That song 60 million views.
